Exchanges and Returns
We accept exchanges and returns within 30 calendar days from shipping date. Please read our returns and exchanges policy below, then follow the instructions to receive the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and complete your return.  Or contact us to receive the RMA. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without the RMA number.

You may return your merchandise for a full refund or exchange, less any original or return shipping fees, under these conditions:

1. Only if the merchandise is in 100% factory condition.  Original manufacturer’s packaging and same condition as sold – original boxes, hardware, packaging material, instructions, documentation, parts, and attached tags.    

2. Only unused, unscratched, uninstalled, undamaged merchandise will be accepted.  Do not install equipment until you are sure you want to keep it. You have packaged items carefully in protective materials before returning them.  Never ship an item in its original shipment packaging – it will arrive damaged.  Please use a postal box or other adequate packaging to ensure your return or exchange is not damaged on the way back to Civilian Armory.

No returns or exchanges on:

  • Special Order parts

  • Electrical parts that have been removed from the manufacturer’s sealed packaging

  • Clearance items

  • Gift Certificates

All returns are subject to a 20% restock fee. The restock fee is assessed by the Returns Manager upon inspection of the returned merchandise and may be waived when store credit is taken instead of the refund.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping of the returned or exchanged item back to Civilian Armory.  Returns and exchanges sent COD will be refused.

We are not responsible for goods we received that are damaged.  These damaged goods become the property of the buyer if not shipped properly, and you may be charged to send them back.

Freight Damaged and Mis-Shipped Items

Civilian Armory will not refund shipping charges for any returns or exchanges unless you received damaged packages or defective items or it is the result of an error made by Civilian Armory.  Contact us at or +1 (206) 948-9245 within 14 days and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional charge.  We will ship in-stock replacement items in 1-3 business days via the original order’s shipping method, and provide you with the pre-paid return shipping label for the original merchandise.  


Warning about returns
Any returned or exchanged items that do not follow the rules and policies listed above will be returned to sender and no credits will be issued.


Civilian Armory Warranty
Civilian Armory LLC stands behind all products we manufacture with regards to manufacturing defects in workmanship and material. We will repair or replace any components that fail in normal use within 1 year of purchase. Such repairs or replacements, including parts, labor and return transportation costs (within the USA) will be made free of charge to the customer. The warranty does not cover failures due to misuse, abuse, accident, incorrect installation, or apply to altered or repaired products. The entire part, including hardware, must be returned for evaluation unless otherwise noted. Warranty applies to the original purchaser only. THIS WARRANTY ONLY APPLIES TO CIVILIANA RMORY BRANDED PRODUCTS. For all other items, please reference the manufactures warranty. If you are having trouble locating this please let us know.


Making Warranty Claims

If you believe your Civilian Armory product has a defect or has failed due to no fault of your own. Please follow these steps to make your warranty claim.

  1. Take photos of the affected area or items. Please provide close up photos and at least one of the entire product. We may ask you to re-take photos and resend if they are not suitable for our review.

  2. Email the photos to with the following information.

    • Full name

    • Phone number

    • Return address

    • SKU number for items that are affected

    • Receipt with original purchase date

  3. Please note if you do not have access to the original receipt or purchase date, we may not be able to look this up for you. In this instance your claim may be denied.

  4. It may take several days for us to process your claim. If you would like to check on the status of your claim just give us a call.


Repairs and Replacement Parts

Wore something out, or lost a screw? No problem, we can sell you a replacement for just about any part we manufacture. Just write us an email at and we will quote you and pop it in the mail for you.
